Steve was great to work with on both the sale of my home AND the purchase of my new one. From day one, we were on the same page. He was thorough in his regular updates throughout the selling/buying process. He is always quick to respond and to help! He goes the extra mile- walked my dog several times when he was at the home doing a viewing walk through (on a work day for me), gifted us with some generous gift cards at closing and even offered to lend a hand on moving day! He's just a nice guy from the northeast. Great sense of humor. I would work with Steve again and highly recommend him for anyone in need of a diligent realtor.

I just bought a beautiful house in Naples and am really delighted with Steve for helping me with the entire process. Steve worked with me from my first inquiry year ago to closing last week. He was very patient, and visited every home I flagged up, usually on the same or the next day to my mentioning it. Steve gave me a thorough, objective and helpful assessment of each house, not trying to simply sell me something. His guidance in the final stages was helpful and calm and he helped negotiate everything with the sellers. He is very good at keeping the negotiation on a firm but cordial basis. So, 5-stars for Steve Marchioni!
